We are currently renovating this c.1890 Victorian Cottage on Salem Neck. This is a total building renovation, and alterations include constructing seven additions. This Signature home is rendered new construction, and completely modernized combining Green Building Technology and Energy Star Components.

Additions and Alterations in Marblehead
The owners needed to create more living space for a steady stream of guests. Architect Harmon (Skip) J. Kiley, who designed the original home in 1995, also designed the new living spaces. 1500 s/f was added on without building outside of the existing footprint. The living space created is dramatic. At ground level we built a stone terrace, perfect for outdoor entertaining. The terrace opens into the gallery. This area is multi purpose as it leads to the main living quarters and the newly heated garage as well as the upper living areas of the Guest Suite, where you will find two bedrooms and a full bath with whirlpool tub, a centered stair hall and up to a large living room with wet bar for gathering and entertaining. From the living room you will traverse up the wrought iron stair and into the Sun Room. This space was an absolute bonus. The sun room opens out onto the roof deck, and from these living spaces are awesome views of the ocean and the Boston big city skyline, showing all of Boston's signature buildings into the sunset.

Exterior Renovations, Biddeford Pool, Maine
We travel for our clients! Classic Victorian summer "cottage" in beautiful Biddeford Pool. Now has new life with new roofing, siding and trim. We also added ridge and soffit vents to keep the upper level rooms cool.
High-end bathroom renovation in Salem.
The owners are very artistic, and wanted to incorporate a 'Zen' effect; elevating the vanity above the floor line created a seamless appearance. Installing designer lighting with lots of glass gives the room layers and adds lots of light. Incorporating new steam bath, ceramic tile, glass block, remote controlled skylights, custom cherry vanity and granite accents, makes this new bathroom a designers delight. Elegant and interesting.
